School Business Partnership, Interstate And Flint Hill Elementary School

Interstate's headquarters in Springfield, Virginia currently displays an art gallery of student's work in their community room. During the academic year, a new class' artwork is on exhibit each month. Along with that, Interstate sponsors the "Excel Award." This award is presented annually to approximately 60 students who demonstrate the RITE behaviors, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence. Finally, Flint Hill will be participating this fall with "Trucker Buddy," where the school's mascot, the faithful falcon, will ride cross-country in one of Interstate's trucks. The students will track the falcon's journey and learn about the different geographic regions it goes through.
