Interstate Introduces Online Claims Program

(Springfield, VA) Interstate Worldwide Relocation recently added online claim filing to its web site, www.InterstateWorldwide.com. The new system allows customers to go online to file their claim, rather than having to complete a hard copy claim form. The shorter handling time promises a higher degree of customer satisfaction.

The process is trouble-free and quick. Simply select the 'Online Claim Filing’ tab to the left of each page. Have your carrier’s reference number handy; click on Log-In and you are ready to file. Once the claim is registered online, an Interstate representative contacts the customer the following business day.

Customer Service Manager, Daryl Flosi says, "I am very pleased with this program as it embraces the company's goal of going 'paperless.' We envision this as the first step in ‘moving’ towards an extensive web based claim-handling process. We will continue to develop stress-free methods for our valued Interstate customers."
