INTERSTATE HONORS 2004 DRIVER QUALITY SERVICE AWARD RECIPIENTS

(Springfield, VA) Interstate Worldwide Relocation announced their 2004 Driver Quality Service Award recipients. The awards are presented to the top three drivers who file the least number of claims in their respected category of driver type - Company Driver, Owner-Operator Driver and Agent Driver. At Interstate, there is a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and quality control - this recognition represents those who dedicate themselves to preserving and furthering that commitment.

To date, Interstate has a pool of over 100 drivers that perform as Interstate representatives and are eligible for recognition based on their performance of upholding the standards of quality service set forth by Interstate. The recipients of the Quality Service Award are determined after evaluating claims criteria compiled from the previous year of transporting goods nationwide and customer feedback.

"This accomplishment clearly represents a personal commitment to quality service by each individual driver. As well, it is with great integrity - a standard by which Interstate operates, for a driver to have the ability to ensure that a family's most cherished possessions are safely transported. And finally, it places these drivers into an elite group among their peers throughout the country and around the industry. We are proud to have them as part of the Interstate team," commented Daryl Flosi, Customer Service Manager at Interstate Worldwide Relocation.

Awardees receive an acrylic pinnacle with their name, driver category and the Gold, Silver or Bronze award level inscribed on its bottom.

  • Gold Award - Eddie Goodwin - Team Member since 2003
  • Silver Award - Houston Sims - Team Member since 2001
  • Bronze Award - Bob Paulsen - Team Member since 2001
Contract Drivers:
  • Gold Award - Herman Stepter - Team Member since 1993
  • Silver Award - Corey Bernsdorff - Team Member since 2003
  • Bronze Award - Jay Dee Milbourne - Team Member since 2005
Agent Drivers:
  • Gold Award - Stephen Aleo - Team Member since 1999
  • Silver Award - Charles Kern - Team Member since 2002
  • Bronze Award - James Weber - Team Member since 1996
