Each International customer is assigned a "team" of personnel to work with them and provide oversight throughout the relocation. The Relocation Specialist is typically our primary contact with the customer and will arrange a pre-move counseling survey at the customers' convenience. At this stage, specifics of packing and the actual logistics of the move are discussed. Our experienced team member will develop a plan to ensure that your belongings are properly prepared - whether it be for the international journey or for a much shorter trip to storage. The Relocation Specialist will advise and counsel you at each stage of your move and will provide solutions to many issues that may develop during your move:

 | What is the door-to-door transit time for the air and ocean shipment? |
 | What documentation is needed to effect quick, painless and inexpensive customs clearance? |

An Interstate Transportation Coordinator will arrange all aspects of the actual relocation of your shipment. From the initial acceptance of a move through documentation after the delivery, the Transportation Coordinator becomes the customer's primary contact, providing you with a single point of contact throughout your move. Once delivery is made, our file is not closed until we have conducted a post-move assessment and, should there be a claim, followed through until the claim has been settled.
