To ensure the complete and satisfactory management of the corporate relocation, each customer is assigned a "team" of personnel from our company who will work throughout the relocation to ensure that all facets of the move go as smoothly as possible and that you are kept abreast of the status of your shipment. This "team" is available to assist at every venue and consists of a move management coordinator and a transportation coordinator.
The Interstate Move Manager will arrange for a pre-move counseling survey at the your convenience. We know that our customers have possessions that they have collected over many years and that are tremendously valuable to them. Our professional relocation specialists will make recommendations as to the best way to pack and transport those treasured belongings. Our counseling will become more intense as the move day approaches.
